We learn about your business, audience, offer, competitors, current digital presence and what a successful project should achieve. This stage establishes priorities, responsibilities and the information needed to begin.
Our six-stage framework keeps decisions clear, responsibilities visible and every part of the project connected to the agreed business goals.
Every decision connects strategy, craft and performance—so the result works as well as it looks.
We learn about your business, audience, offer, competitors, current digital presence and what a successful project should achieve. This stage establishes priorities, responsibilities and the information needed to begin.
We review relevant competitors, customer expectations, content requirements, search opportunities and platform needs. The outcome is a practical scope, sitemap, feature list and delivery plan.
We organise pages, content hierarchy, calls to action and key user journeys before visual design begins. Wireframes may be used where the project requires deeper planning or stakeholder approval.
We create a tailored visual direction using your brand, content and commercial goals. You review the design, provide consolidated feedback and approve the direction before full development.
The approved design is developed into a responsive, content-managed website. We configure agreed forms and integrations, add content and test the experience across supported devices and browsers.
After final approval, we complete launch checks, connect the live domain and monitor the release. Website projects include 30 days of post-launch support for issues related to the agreed scope.
